Our Vision

Missing Peace exists to share the love, salvation,

and hope of Jesus Christ to women victimized by

human trafficking in the United States.

Missing Peace provides a place of shelter, healing, and

Biblical restoration for trafficked women.

Through an in-residence, Scripture based ministry,

staff will provide counseling, life skills, mentorship, and practical  business experience.

Missing Peace will serve as a transitional bridge from victimization to victory through Jesus Christ, pursuing a healthy, balanced, and God-given purpose.

WHO ARE WE

Missing Peace is a faith-based ministry striving to follow Biblical principles in counseling methods, staff selections, organization, leadership, and fundraising.  We trust God’s truth to prevail over darkness and His provision to meet the needs of the women He has called us to serve. We strive to follow in the steps of the Savior Who declared,

“The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.”

Luke 4:18

What is Human Trafficking?

Human trafficking is the practice of exploiting adults and children for use as commodities, or objects,

in conditions of sexual and labor servitude.

Also known as “modern slavery,” human trafficking is the illegal trade in human beings through recruitment or abduction by means of force, fraud, or coercion for the purposes of forced labor, debt bondage or sexual exploitation.
